Today, let’s look in on Joel, a Security Operations Manager, and Tim, Joel’s subordinate.  For the past few months, Tim, a Security Specialist, has not been performing well. He has missed several crucial deadlines, been caught snoozing at his desk, and surfing the web. Today, Joel has to confront Tim about his performance and correct his poor work.
