Art + Science will welcome the community, educators and world-class artists to its first-of-its-kind incubator event at the Benson Theater on Thursday, Nov. 9, 6 p.m.<\/p>\n

The event will feature a short film, a multidisciplinary art + science discussion from the stage and an opportunity for attendees to sample algae-based beer from Back of the Yards Algae Sciences.<\/p>\n
\u201cArt + Science is a partnership that changes what we think art is and what we believe science is,\u201d explained Professor Thomas, one of the incubator group founders. \u201cIt\u2019s a collaboration that enables science to inspire art and vice versa. That ultimately benefits students, researchers, creators and anyone who cares about the interconnected world we live in.\u201d<\/p>\n
