Prof. JoDee Goracke
JoDee completed graduate school at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and worked within various research centers at both UNO and the University of Kansas supporting studies in areas of quantitative psychology, cognitive psychology, counterterrorism, public affairs, and women’s studies. JoDee has been the program director of the master’s program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology since its inception in 2016 at Bellevue University, fostering a collaborative environment focused on sustainable, applied, and inclusive education. She also recently developed an interdisciplinary graduate certificate program in Creativity that centers around social entrepreneurship, a testament to the collective efforts of the dynamic faculty at the university and collaborations with outside organizations such as Design for America.
Beyond academia, JoDee is passionate about applying her research in empathy and human-centered design to business, education, and non-profit work as a co-creator and project director of the Tanzania Design Project, and the university’s Art+Science Incubator. She is also a council member of the Benson Creative District and the Omaha Chamber’s Young Professional Council.

Leroy Simpson
Dr. Leroy Simpson Leroy Simpson is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist and Financial Advisor with more than 15 years of experience guiding individuals, small businesses, and large organizations. His work focuses on aligning artificial intelligence and business-financial acumen with industrial-organizational psychology to help companies build resilient, financially sound operations that achieve targeted business outcomes through talent management and organizational behavior.He specializes in bridging the gap between human capital and financial performance by treating talent and behavior as investable assets. Through this approach, he translates organizational behavior and talent management into measurable financial outputs and outcomes. His advising centers on leveraging talent strategy within cash accumulation and cashflow initiatives so that organizations can scale business growth, reduce financial waste, and improve profit margins. His strategy is to treat organizational development and organizational change management as internal capital investment ventures.Dr. Simpson has led the design and implementation of leadership programs, global organizational development initiatives, and workforce analytics projects that directly connect employee performance to revenue growth. His accomplishments include establishing project and change management offices, creating career mentorship pipelines for psychology and counseling students, and delivering international training programs with thousands of participants.In the analytics domain, he applies data science and emerging machine learning techniques to reveal workforce trends that guide executive decisions on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and financial performance. He champions a “general partner” perspective for I-O Psychology, positioning the discipline as a critical driver of business strategy, financial results, and sustainable growth.Beyond his professional work, Leroy enjoys weight training, swimming, gaming, and researching astronomy.

Elizabeth Culhane
Liz Culhane resides in Melbourne, FL with her husband and 3 children. She moved to Florida in 2006 to attend graduate school at Florida Institute of Technology, where she obtained her Master’s and Ph.D in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. For the past 10 years she has worked at Patrick Air Force Base as a Senior Data Analyst, where she does survey development, analyses and report generation for the Department of Defense. She also has been teaching online courses for the past 12 years and joined the Bellevue team in 2018. On the weekends she enjoys being outside, traveling all around Florida and being with her family.

Margaret Garza
Margaret has her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology. Her research passion is in feedback and self-regulation within work environments, but she also has applied research experience in Inclusion and organizational culture. Margaret has a strong passion for mentoring and educating, with both a master’s degree in education and over a decade of experience in teaching university coursework. When she is not teaching, she is a Lead People Scientist for Culture Amp (CAmp), where she considers herself a professional People Geek. This time is filled with educating HR professionals on best practices in survey design and interpreting results to amplify organizations’ employee listening strategies. Outside of her career, Margaret is obsessed with watching her kiddos growing up and planting pretty flowers in the garden with her husband (which she may or may not be good at keeping alive – the flowers that is).

Rosilyn Sanders
Dr. Rosilyn Sanders, PsyD holds a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership Psychology (PsyD) from William James College; a Master of Arts degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Rehabilitation and Disability from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Philander Smith College.Over 10 years of combined change management consulting, organizational development, and clinical experiences, Rosilyn’s work involves research, training, and development, organizational behavior, talent management, leadership development, performance management, onboarding; program development, and project management for non-profit and private organizations.In addition, she spearheaded the launch of a vocational program utilizing grant funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide employment opportunities for the underrepresented population and supported program development for the youths’ summer literacy program, after-school and arts-in-education programs.Dr. Rosilyn Sanders is one of, if not the first African-American woman Organizational Consulting Psychologist from Arkansas. She is the founder/owner of Sanders Consulting & Associates, LLC; a global consulting agency providing professional development, coaching, and consultation to individuals, teams, and organizations.She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc; Arkansas Association of Black Psychology Professionals, American Psychological Association- Division 13 “Society of Consulting Psychology, & National Association of University Women.She is the proud mom of 1 son, Aiden.

Leslie Stager
Leslie Stager, PhD has more than 20 years of experience as a business consultant, corporate trainer, and academic with a variety of public and private organizations. Dr. Stager specializes in helping organizations achieve operational excellence through the design and implementation of systems that catalyze organizational change. She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of group dynamic interventions, learning management systems, curriculum and training design, facilitation, needs analysis, and issues related to communication. Leslie is the sole proprietor of Office Zen, a Cleveland-based consulting firm specializing in issues related to group dynamics. Her goal is to help groups and departments cope with interpersonal dynamics that generally stem from difficulties with process, structure, technology, or roles. Leslie earned her doctoral degree from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco in Organizational Psychology with a focus on Organization Development and Change. Dr. Stager lectured at Massey University in Auckland, New Zealand for 8 years before returning to the United States to consult internally to Cleveland Clinic in Employee Development and change management. While at Massey, she lectured in Organization Development, Change Management, Interpersonal Communication, Management Communication, Professional Presentations, Human Resource Management, and Business Communication. She also has a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) from the Goodman School of Drama/DePaul University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Bowling Green State University in Ohio in Speech and Theatre.

Julian Codling-Williams
Julian Codling-Williams, M.A., Ph.D. Candidate, is an Industrial-Organizational Psychology practitioner, educator, and researcher whose work bridges data science, equity, and applied organizational development. With a background in strategic consulting, workforce research, and leadership assessment, Julian brings over 6 years of experience designing data-informed solutions that promote fairness, inclusion, and performance across corporate, nonprofit, and public-sector systems. Julian is currently completing his PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Seattle Pacific University, where his research explores how moral emotions, empathy, and personality traits shape cooperation across political and social divides. His consulting work includes projects on DEI analytics at Blue Origin, workforce needs assessments at Seattle Jobs Initiative, and statewide voter engagement strategies as Deputy Data Director for the Washington State Democrats. An advocate for democratizing data and expanding access to psychological tools, Julian is passionate about building inclusive learning environments. He integrates statistical rigor, human-centered research methods, and systems thinking into his teaching, and is especially interested in the intersection of organizational justice, behavior change, and psychological safety. Outside the classroom, Julian is involved in community-based initiatives that blend environmental sustainability, activism, data, and storytelling including consulting for King’s Dream Business Consulting, launching youth development tools, volunteering with Seattle Dirt Corps and supporting political and economic empowerment projects in the Pacific Northwest. He also loves a challenging hike on a sunny day.

Benjamin Wood
Dr. Benjamin Wood teaches both undergraduate and graduate I/O Psychology courses residentially and online at a Liberal Arts college in Virginia. He is the program director for the M.A. in Applied I/O Psychology at his University and also teaches in the Online PhD program.Dr. Wood has worked with small for-profit and non-profit organizations on the talent acquisition side. He currently does some pro-bono work for several churches in his area.Dr. Wood’s main research interest has been the effects of supervisor passion on subordinates. His undergraduate conducted an experiment on the effects of supervisor passion and employee engagement and presented the results at the regional VAPS conference.
