What You'll Learn.

You will have an opportunity to concentrate on an area of interest within industrial and organizational psychology in a practicum experience. In addition, an applied research capstone project will deepen your first-hand knowledge of the field. Graduates of Bellevue’s industrial and organizational psychology master’s program will be prepared to:
