Prof. JoDee Goracke
JoDee completed graduate school at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and worked within various research centers at both UNO and the University of Kansas supporting studies in areas of quantitative psychology, cognitive psychology, counterterrorism, public affairs, and women’s studies. JoDee has been the program director of the master’s program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology since its inception in 2016 at Bellevue University, fostering a collaborative environment focused on sustainable, applied, and inclusive education. She also recently developed an interdisciplinary graduate certificate program in Creativity that centers around social entrepreneurship, a testament to the collective efforts of the dynamic faculty at the university and collaborations with outside organizations such as Design for America.
Beyond academia, JoDee is passionate about applying her research in empathy and human-centered design to business, education, and non-profit work as a co-creator and project lead of the Tanzania Design Project, and the university’s Art+Science Incubator. She is also a council member of the Benson Creative District and the Omaha Chamber’s Young Professional Council.

Leslie Stager
Leslie Stager, PhD has more than 20 years of experience as a business consultant, corporate trainer, and academic with a variety of public and private organizations. Dr. Stager specializes in helping organizations achieve operational excellence through the design and implementation of systems that catalyze organizational change. She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of group dynamic interventions, learning management systems, curriculum and training design, facilitation, needs analysis, and issues related to communication. Leslie is the sole proprietor of Office Zen, a Cleveland-based consulting firm specializing in issues related to group dynamics. Her goal is to help groups and departments cope with interpersonal dynamics that generally stem from difficulties with process, structure, technology, or roles. Leslie earned her doctoral degree from the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco in Organizational Psychology with a focus on Organization Development and Change. Dr. Stager lectured at Massey University in Auckland, New Zealand for 8 years before returning to the United States to consult internally to Cleveland Clinic in Employee Development and change management. While at Massey, she lectured in Organization Development, Change Management, Interpersonal Communication, Management Communication, Professional Presentations, Human Resource Management, and Business Communication. She also has a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) from the Goodman School of Drama/DePaul University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Bowling Green State University in Ohio in Speech and Theatre.

Elizabeth Culhane
Liz Culhane resides in Melbourne, FL with her husband and 3 children. She moved to Florida in 2006 to attend graduate school at Florida Institute of Technology, where she obtained her Master’s and Ph.D in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. For the past 10 years she has worked at Patrick Air Force Base as a Senior Data Analyst, where she does survey development, analyses and report generation for the Department of Defense. She also has been teaching online courses for the past 12 years and joined the Bellevue team in 2018. On the weekends she enjoys being outside, traveling all around Florida and being with her family.

Margaret Garza
Margaret has her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology. Her research passion is in feedback and self-regulation within work environments, but she also has applied research experience in Inclusion and organizational culture. Margaret has a strong passion for mentoring and educating, with both a master’s degree in education and over a decade of experience in teaching university coursework. When she is not teaching, she is a Lead People Scientist for Culture Amp (CAmp), where she considers herself a professional People Geek. This time is filled with educating HR professionals on best practices in survey design and interpreting results to amplify organizations’ employee listening strategies. Outside of her career, Margaret is obsessed with watching her kiddos growing up and planting pretty flowers in the garden with her husband (which she may or may not be good at keeping alive – the flowers that is).

Jasmine Kelly
Jasmine Kelly is an Industrial Organizational Psychology Practitioner whose goal is to change the negative connotation surrounding the word WORK. Everyone works or is affected by someone who works, so why not make WORK something that evokes positive emotions? Jasmine strives to make work positive through two approaches: Individual Career Coaching and Organizational Consulting. She received her Master’s degree in I/O Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. Jasmine is the founder of Your Career Kickstart, a firm that helps I/Os confidently articulate their knowledge, skills, and abilities in order to land meaningful jobs in the field of I/O Psychology. She uses psychological theories and practices and applies them to the work she does with individuals and organizations.

Carrie Picardi
Carrie A. Picardi, Ph.D. is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with over 20 years of professional experience in corporate human resources, management consulting, and academia. Her research focus is on employee performance management, and has published several peer-reviewed research papers in this area. She is also the author of two textbooks, Recruitment and Selection: Strategies for Workforce Planning and Assessment (Sage Publications, 2019) and Research Methods: Designing and Conducting Research with a Real-world Focus (Sage Publications, 2013). Outside of academia, Dr. Picardi collaborates with global organizations on an array of consulting engagements, most recently with The WorkPlace, UNICEF, MetLife, and Habitat for Humanity, in the areas of leadership development and management coaching, assessment center design and implementation, competency model development, job analysis, compensation benchmark analysis, training program design, performance management strategy.

Rosilyn Sanders
Dr. Rosilyn Sanders, PsyD holds a doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership Psychology (PsyD) from William James College; a Master of Arts degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Rehabilitation and Disability from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Philander Smith College.Over 10 years of combined change management consulting, organizational development, and clinical experiences, Rosilyn’s work involves research, training, and development, organizational behavior, talent management, leadership development, performance management, onboarding; program development, and project management for non-profit and private organizations.In addition, she spearheaded the launch of a vocational program utilizing grant funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide employment opportunities for the underrepresented population and supported program development for the youths’ summer literacy program, after-school and arts-in-education programs.Dr. Rosilyn Sanders is one of, if not the first African-American woman Organizational Consulting Psychologist from Arkansas. She is the founder/owner of Sanders Consulting & Associates, LLC; a global consulting agency providing professional development, coaching, and consultation to individuals, teams, and organizations.She is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc; Arkansas Association of Black Psychology Professionals, American Psychological Association- Division 13 “Society of Consulting Psychology, & National Association of University Women.She is the proud mom of 1 son, Aiden.

Leroy Simpson
Dr. Leroy Simpson has practiced in the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology for over 15 years advising individuals, small businesses, and large organizations. His concentrations are on artificial intelligence and automation in training, learning, coaching organizational change management, leadership and people analytics. A few of Leroy’s achievements include designing a leadership program for results orientation, designing and implementing an online project management and change management office, and designing an internship-mentorship career planning program for college students in psychology and mental health counseling to start their careers before leaving college. Leroy has conducted trainings globally with at least 1,000 members and conducted global organizational development sessions that involve integrated performance management and employee survey and action planning. In the analytics space, he has worked with data and statistical programs like SPSS, Jamovi and Tableau to research current and hidden people data trends, which provided company leadership valuable and summarized information to make informed decisions and exploring new opportunities to talent and skills performance success. Some projects include organizing data to report strengths and weaknesses in job training programs, analyzing pre and post training impact in customer service skills, hiring and tenure in public utility departments, analysis and reporting performance management healthcare performance metrics and researching employee engagement metrics. Currently, Leroy’s research interests are exploring and building artificial intelligence and automation in assessment and evaluation of work, workforce-workplace mental health and personal development. Leroy’s personal hobbies are working out, swimming, programming small chatbots and other automations in python and building machine learning projects, and doing “science and astronomy” stuff with his mini-me like reading about the solar system and planet as well as building and playing roblox.

Tracy Shroyer
Dr. Tracy Shroyer is a Senior Manager of Learning Strategy in Discover Financial Services’ Business Technology area. She has been a Discover employee for over 26 years, and also has over 8 years of experience as an adjunct college/university professor. Tracy is also an entrepreneur, focused on helping lifelong learners to upskill personally and professionally. Her primary areas of interest are learning and development from a strategic and technology perspective, personal and professional development, organizational change, change management, and leadership. Her formal education includes a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bellevue University in 2019, a PhD in Organization and Management (specializing in Leadership) in 2013 from Capella University, and a Master of Business Administration in 2006 from Ohio Dominican University.

Benjamin Wood
Dr. Benjamin Wood teaches both undergraduate and graduate I/O Psychology courses residentially and online at a Liberal Arts college in Virginia. He is the program director for the M.A. in Applied I/O Psychology at his University and also teaches in the Online PhD program.Dr. Wood has worked with small for-profit and non-profit organizations on the talent acquisition side. He currently does some pro-bono work for several churches in his area.Dr. Wood’s main research interest has been the effects of supervisor passion on subordinates. His undergraduate conducted an experiment on the effects of supervisor passion and employee engagement and presented the results at the regional VAPS conference.
