JoDee completed graduate school at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and worked within various research centers at both UNO and the University of Kansas supporting studies in areas of quantitative psychology, cognitive psychology, counterterrorism, public affairs, and women’s studies. As the program director, JoDee developed the program with the deliberate intention of fostering a sense of community, connection, and collaboration for online students and faculty. JoDee’s research and applied work lie in the space of empathy and human-centered design with applied work in business, non-profits, and education.
