Instructions:
Angela Rodriguez is the nurse manager of a neurological outpatient department. She's confiding in you as a respected peer and nurse manager in another unit.

Angela is concerned that the level of immediate post-consultation care may be inadequate, particularly in view of the fact that many patients receive disturbing prognoses following their consultation.

She decides to conduct a study to assess the impact of the consultation on her patients' immediate health. She intends to use the results to help make a case to increase the allocation of staff to post-consultation care. Angela is aware that she will need to take measures pre- and post-consultation.
