Caring: In order for leaders to earn the trust and respect of others, they need to first respect those with which they interact. Caring is a discipline that large organizations need to embrace. Organizations are made up of people. When managers show that they care about those who they manage, or bankers demonstrate caring when dealing with clients, it inspires those around them to do the same. Caring about others includes such behaviors as asking about their day, listening to their issues, validating their concerns and following up with suggestions.
