There are five qualities that high-impact leaders exemplify when implementing and gaining acceptance for change:
1. High-impact leaders listen to and spend time with employees at all levels of the organization.
2. High-impact leaders are caring people who are very direct.
3. High-impact leaders do exactly what they say they will do.
4. High-impact leaders do not let the strategy overwhelm the people.
5. High-impact leaders are incredibly open to diversity.
